ANSYS Mechanical to Patran File Conversion

I have a simple project in ansys mechanical (static structural).
I need to convert from those files the geometry and mesh to patran so I can solve it on nastran.
to be specific I need the .blk, and .dmig.
deliverables:
1. the project files in patran and nastran.
2. explain how you did it an write it in a short documnet.
note: convert only geometry and mesh. loads and constraints are not necessary.
