ADU Architectural Plan Set Creation -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a skilled architect to create a comprehensive plan set for a detached garage conversion (ADU). The plans should cater to a residential building and will need to encompass the following elements:
- Detailed Floor Plans layouts -floor plan - I need full set including sections, elevations
- Electrical Plans: Safe and efficient wiring schematics for the entire unit.
- Plumbing Plans: Comprehensive plumbing layouts for kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas. one plumbing wall with bath and kitchen and laundry and water heater connections
- Mechanical Plans: Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) schematics. one minisplit for the studio ADU
Garage is single level 404 sf detached and structurally sound. I have some skdrawings that can be used.
Ideal candidates should have substantial experience with residential architectural design, particularly with ADUs or similar structures. Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate plan sets is crucial. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations would be a significant advantage. This is California you are designing for.
