C# or C++ xxHash App

Objective = Create simple C# or C++ based app which will generate hash using xxHash algo https://cyan4973.github.io/xxHash , the app will read the string data from csv file for each hash being generated. i need someone who is good and fast. will award it right away if you can start. message me to get the complete specs.
