C#with fortran and openvm -- 3

I need a Strong c sharp developer with experience with openvms and fortran. This would be a migration that I would need help with from fortran to c sharp. Openvms and fortran experience would be preferred if not would be willing to learn it in the job and as this will will require understanding of fortran and openvms and not implementation
