C# winform app to download gmail inbox

Yes. It has to be in C#. I want to have a basic program that periodically checks my gmail account and read the emails. Need to first help me get the API and OAUTH key credentials. It will save each email in a separate file. Perhaps CSV? (subject, sender, recepient, timesent, emailbody). Run with a timer every two minutes. You must have .net c# experience in your resume or previous projects.
