Store property details (address, type, size, rent, etc.).
View a list of all properties.
Tenant Management:
Add, edit, and delete tenant records.
Store tenant details (name, contact information, lease history, etc.).
View a list of all tenants.
Lease Management:
Create and manage lease agreements.
Link leases to properties and tenants.
Track lease start and end dates, payment status, and rental amount.
Reports:
Generate reports on properties, tenants, and leases.
View summary reports (e.g., monthly rental income, active leases).
User Interface:
