whatsapp bot

I am looking for a freelance developer to create a WhatsApp bot for my business. The bot should have the following features:
I have a customer service office, and I have the following services (appointment booking, cancellation of booked appointments, appointment renewal).
I have WhatsApp.
I need a design for an application that does the following:
1. Import sent messages from customers and display them within the application.
2. The bot verifies the inputs, so if the customer wants to book an appointment for a job interview, the bot asks them several questions to collect their data. After collecting the data, the request is saved and the customer is informed that it is being processed by a representative.
After executing the request, a message is sent to the customer containing the appointment details, along with an attached confirmation form.
3. Responses are selected from a predefined dropdown list.
4. Provide answers to general questions such as current offers, working hours, and a copy of their file.
5. When asked about information stored in a SQL Server database, it searches for the data and retrieves it.
6. Employee response reports and search functionality.
The required language is C# or VB.NET.
Desktop or web form.
