website system for Trucks workshop

Hi, I want a website system for managing a workshop for trucks. This website can open each case alone connected by either job card number. The app has to be accessed by employees. each one has to sign in by his own password. And each one has limited access to some windows or sections and only the manager is authorized to edit in all sections. This web has main pillars such as (ADD, CHECK, HISTORY, REPORT.PARTS, SCREEN, CHARTS, SALES, OPEND, ACCOUNTS, SEARCH). And each has its own features and info and has limited to some people. Also, be open and flexible to add any more sections or features. Each section will be detailed. And all can be connected. I can explain in a video what I need. And show info. need to know about the maintenance for the website? how is it? how much later? warranty?? fix?? adding?? all payment for future plan for the web?
