i want User management with Admin panel in .net MVC

I am looking for a developer who can create a User management system with an Admin panel using .net MVC. The project requires full user management functionality with an admin panel.

5. Edit disabled after Final Submit
6. Print Profile and Download PDF After Final Submit

Admin Feature
Check All User
Export All Registered User and Download in Excel Format
Export All User From Date To end date to Email id
Edit any user Details at Any time
