telegram game bot

I want to create a telegram bot game similar to this

You have the code in c#, .net, JS etc…
You have to set up this on a private server and make some small tweaks and add betting features.
Below are the tweaks and details:
Game summary-
There are minimum 3 players required. Among all players there will be 1 killer and rest will be citizens. Bot will send everyone message who they are once game begins.
Once game begins killer will choose who he will kill (he can choose any citizen and that citizen will be out of game).no one except killer knows who killer is. Now after 30 seconds everyone will be given option to decide who the killer is(everyone will just guess). Majority vote person is killed and is out of game, if voted person is killer then citizen wins and if voted person is citizen then citizen is out of game and 2nd round begins (with 2 less players, 1st was killed by killer and 2nd was eliminated by voting)
So basically we will be adding betting feature in this where users bet amount in start of game and if citizen wins then killer bet amount is divided among citizens and if killer wins then all citizen money goes to killer
