table one has a list of parts for sale
table two has cutlist information on table one
they are connected by the name of the part(string)
table one is the base so it is not to be changed. records need to be added to table two to sync the two tables
The application find the data that is not identical to table one and allow the user to add the cutlist infomation two get the information in sync
