I am looking for a developer to create a C sharp API with the following requirements:

Functionality:

Database Integration:
- There is no specific database or data source that needs to be integrated with the API.

Architectural Pattern:
- The API should follow the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in C sharp programming language.
- Experience in developing APIs with CRUD functionality.
