self-made pastry shop management system

I have a self-made pastry shop and I need a software or excel/acccess files to manage it.
I have a list of products and a list os customers, each customer make an order everyday. The system should allow the registration of the respective order, each customer has its one price list depending on products.
Each customer has it's one file where all the orders are registers as well the money that they should pay and the amount payed.
At the end of the day or at a specific time, the system should allow to generate a report with all the production needed according to customers orders.
The front page should have a dashboard where in the future I will add some more features
