select which frames appear on an image from a list of given frames

Let's say i have a given folder of 5 frames. I also have an image ( in transparent png or jpg format) that contains the frames from given folder. i need script to find which frames show up on the image and its position ( from the top and left), and give simple text results, for examples with images on attachment:
file name - position from the top and left

1. frame 5: 234234-324324
2. frame 1: 34543-32432
3. frame 2: 43543-34543
4. frame 3: 34534-23432
5. frame 4: 456456-23423
