C# project with visual studio

The code for this project was initially done for a different data set and website. We should ignore that. That code also included data from three different countries, but we are only going to use data from Malaysia. The code used for this also included and desktop application but if possible we should try to modify it to make our work easy.
This is the code done was almost working, however the interval minutes (which should be 60) was removed from it. So instead of processing the data in an hourly basis it just runs the code from directory. It calls the cmn files from a directory and calculates and converts them into based on the scha readings and uses it to create a color map and stores.
Important:
So what we need now is to add the time interval function while processing the data to be added to the code. For this you can refer to the code in 1. Called scha runner.cs
