C# project using SciSharp TensorFlow.NET

I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced in C# and SciSharp TensorFlow.NET to work on an image analysis project. The goal of the project is to use machine learning techniques to analyze images. I will provide the datasets and images to be used for the project. The ideal freelancer is expected to have intermediate level experience in the relevant programming languages and frameworks.
