C# programmer with experience in managing electronic invoices

We are looking for a C# programmer with experience in managing electronic invoices for public administration who is able to create an application for bulk uploading of invoices using the “FatturaElettronica” library https://fatturaelettronicaopensource.org/
The application must allow for the uploading of invoices as zip files, the deserialization of all invoices, and the writing of data to SQL Server database tables.
The project involves the creation of a DB diagram to host the invoice data and a log table with the complete result of the processing/outcome of each individual invoice.
