populate simple word template using c# openxml

-the placeholders are defined in the template. some placeholders are single value where as some placeholders are in the form of table row. so, it can have multiple rows in the table
-solution can be in c# and openxml
-we can use any other approach as well - such as defining bookmarks in word template instead of the placeholders given.
-we could use any other technology or commercial product instead of openxml as well for this requirements
