I am looking to hire an experienced developer to create an MS Planner notification system for me. The system should have task management features, and may also incorporate custom workflows if the developer feels they are necessary. My preferred method of communication for project updates and discussions will be via email. I am excited to work with someone who has experience in project management platforms, and is confident in their ability to create the system that meets my needs.

Background:
We've integrated MS Teams with MS Planner for Action Items, but we're encountering an issue with notifications— specifically, who receives them.

The current problem: Whenever someone comments on a specific task, only the creator (owner) (Teddy) receives the notification only.
Our desired solution: We would like either specific individuals or all the owners to receive notifications every time someone completes a task or posts a comment. However, we haven't been able to locate this option.
What we've attempted: We have already designated these specific individuals as owners instead of members, but this did not resolve the issue.
