Zk c# open source desktop app

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create an open source desktop app using Zk finger print or face id and C#. The app should be compatible with Windows operating system.
Functionality:
- The app should have robust data management capabilities to handle large amounts of data efficiently.
- add , update and delete new user
- get all transactions
- can enroll or connect to add fingerprint or face remotely
- the main point is create salary profile for users and shift management so from the transactions we cal calculate the work hours and late or OT etc
- we will work with sql data base and c# Windows form
Design:
- no good design need i just need regular widows that can run the code for what i need
