3D objects rebuild puzzle application

We have 10 old objects (medieval and prehistoric vessels) and we want for each of them to make a 3D puzzle with 15-20 pieces each, where the user using a touch screen with windows OS can choose the object make puzzle (draging the puzzle 3d parts and rotate it) and drag the object to a speciffic area. it is necesary to develop 10 3D objects based on objects 2D pictures, make the environment and the application
