.net/xamarin.forms/.net maui ios & android C# PDF to Image Conversion Package

Hi, we need a c# .net/xamarin.forms/.net maui package similar to https://github.com/sungaila/PDFtoImage with same functionality but with support for iOS in addition to existing platforms.

Please don't ask for further details before you checked the package's page.

Requirements:
- the package must be able to Convert PDFs into images (save the whole pages to images, not just export existing images on pdf);
- the package must provide iOS compatibility;
- the package must provide a parameter to specify jpeg compression level and preserve colors;
- the package must be developed in c#, compliant with .net/.net framework/Mono and ready to be used in windows/xamarin.android/xmarin.ios/.net maui ios & android projects;
- the developer must provide c#, not hardcoded and fully commented source code;
- the developer can't use third party components except for open source ones;
- in case third parties components are involved, the develope must ensure us the licenses for third parties components allow distribution/use for commercial purposes;
- the developer must sign the feelancer's intellectual property agreement.

The payments will be:
- 1/3 milestone after the developer provide sample projects for each platform with the compiled package, after we checked it's fully compliant
- 2/3 milestone after the developer provide sample projects for each platform with the package's full source code, after we checked it's fully compliant
