C# .net expert able to work full time in US hours

I'm looking for a dependable C# .net developer who has intermediate experience and can work in full US hours (7PM - 4 AM IST) (8AM - 5 PM CST). The resource will be working on different applications which will primarily be in .net, .C# MVC and sitecore.
The payment will be hourly, with increments as time passes. The resource needs to be available in US hours.
