c# .net desktop (mongodb license activation and crypto payment gateway)

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a desktop application using C# .NET. The main purpose of the application is that once user sign up and then upon login user have to choose which subscription he wants 4 options different prices. Then choose cryptocurrency to pay with, once payment made the his subscription automatically activated and then opens new form. So next time if user subscription is activated he proceeds directly to new form after login if user subscription is expired he back to subscription checkout screen after login.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
