I need three programs to communicate with each other over different computers in c#

I have three c# programs (program A, program B and program C) sitting on different nodes from different projects. I need to create a communication channel within the three, so that program A can send data to program B and program C. The data string is 3 items (Time, String, Number). I need the fasted connection possible. This is for proof of concept. A follow-up project would be to create a proper solution.
I cannot sent the project only the individual .cs programs (A,B & C), so please don't ask me to send a project to get started!
If you accept this task you need to send me the code, so I can test it if it works in my environment and will release milestone immediately after.
