I need a developer proficient in C#, WPF and/or Winforms, input output (IO) and sensor input

A new Irish startup company, we are seeking developers proficient in Winforms, WPF, C++, C#, input output (IO) to work with us on an exciting, fixed-term, project developing a new system to improve the efficiency of a government organisation.
Due to the sensitivity of the project, details will only be shared with developers who demonstrate both experience and capability in the areas requested. Particular attention will be paid to developers who have experience with sensors, laser pointers and multi-display output.
In your response, we require demonstration of either experience or capability working with sensors, IO, multi-display output and building reliable Windows programmes. Developers whom response does not include this key evidence will immediately be declined.
All development is proprietary to the start-up, and successful candidates must be willing to sign contracts and non-disclosure agreements related to our projects. Particular attention will be paid to developers located in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
