I need to develop a sharepoint site

I am looking for a SharePoint developer to create a document management site for me. The site will serve as a repository to store tax documents with security and expiry provisions. The ideal candidate should have experience in SharePoint development and should be familiar with the following features:

- Version Control
- Approval Workflow
- Custom Metadata

The site will only have less than 10 users, so it should be easy to manage.
