C# module developer

Hello! I’m looking for a talented C# developer to develop a Proof of Concept (PoC) quickly – in a couple of weeks first and then a couple of supporting modules after that (iterative). I am looking for an experienced developer who can deliver high-quality work. In terms of specific functionality, this PoC will include a UI component and also a couple of web services - I did indicate C# but I'm open to other technologies. However, I prefer someone who is very conversant with XML and JSON. If you have the experience and skills in this area, please reach out and let me know. Obviously, the expectation is that this would be a side gig for now but if development progresses well, I would love for this person to join me in the US probably on a visit visa first before we finalize a more permanent arrangement.
