modify a Windows Videos Recording Application

Brief
I have a windows app that records a users video from a webcam and audio from an external mic
The app has been written in C# Windows Form and uses AForge,NAudio, DirectShow libraries. ( Currently, it records video and audio in the separate file and has playback synchronizing issue 1-4 seconds difference)
I need a solution so it records audio from a specific microphone with Video from a Webcam when played back the audio is in sync with the video with no frame loss.
Also seems to be some issue with identifying the camera if using windows 11, a fix for this would also be appreciated.
I will supply you with read access to the depository on bitbucket.
