make changes to webpages ASP MVC Nopcommerce $30

Currently the shopping cart is set up so that after a payment is made, the merchant redirects the user back to the original site to confirm address and type method. We dont want setup. We want this confirmed on the checkout page, before sending the information to the merchant. We want the process reversed. After the payment is made, user should be redirected to page telling the user "thank you for you purchase" and a link to view the order details if they wish. this is a very simple process that we done pays $30
