I am looking for expert devexpress with c# devoleper

I am looking for expert devexpress with c# to make some modificaton in smal project but need expert in c#
I have small pos just sales invoice its local data base
I need add print barcode option and sales report using crystal report
And i need make main copy of database as master on host online and upload the sales from all pos from all pos end of every days
