I need build application similar to video editor,but it's not video editor.It's video selector...
We need load MPEG-TS file only on timeline from API and select accurated frame by frame,where starting for example an ad...ie cocacola.We have 10 seconds fragments .. from television archive stream we want select exactly on frame where started ie cocacola...from/to,exactly on frame..

It should be do in any language,but running under Windows as desktop APP.
All must running smoothly and fast...also video preview..without freezing,etx...
Timeline will be have zoom in out,user can move same as in adobe premiere on timeline with mouse and keyboard frame by frame.We need urgently finish all 3 modules .ideally completly with 3 weeks.
