I'm looking for a programmer capable of developing a lightweight management application for Windows 10 Pro, to be used locally (offline) for managing the following:
Clients, Suppliers, Products
Orders and Conversion into Invoices
Pricing, Price Lists, VAT, and Inventory
Products with multiple suppliers and quantity-based pricing

Database: Access, SQLite or local MySQL
Language: Italian (multilingual optional)

Main Modules:
1. Client Database
Full data: code, contacts, VAT number, payment method, associated price list.
2. Supplier Database
Fiscal data, contacts, supplied products.
3. Products/Items
Code, description, category, VAT, unit, purchase/sale price, status, photo (optional), custom attributes.
Supports multiple suppliers.
Pricing & Price Lists
Up to 8 progressive levels, e.g.:
List 1: 1 pc → €50
List 2: 5 pcs → -5% (€47.50)
...
List 8: 70+ pcs → -30% (€35)
Automatic application based on quantity, with optional manual override.
Each client can be assigned a default price list.

4. Item Categories – With subcategories, useful for filters and reports.
