I'm looking to develop a comprehensive CRUD application for real estate management. This project will involve:

- Backend: Utilizing SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to store all real estate data.
- API Layer: Creating a RESTful API ideally in .NET Core/ASP.NET to connect the database with mobile applications.
- Mobile Apps:
- A Xamarin Android App for agents/admin to manage properties.
- A cross-platform mobile app (preferably Flutter or React Native) for clients to browse listings.

Both mobile apps should synchronize data in real-time via the API.

Ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in .NET Core/ASP.NET
- Extensive experience in developing applications in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Demonstrated skills in creating cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter/React Native)
- Experience with Xamarin
