C# get information from office and pdf files.

Hi

I need a c# code that get information from office document and pdf files.
Information like :
* Who did create file
* When was it created.
* Version of file.
* Information protection
* All other possible information.

It need to be a class that can be used in other projects.

It need to work without office being installed

Also i need a class in c# that can copy/edit a file without the file information like date and by being updated.
