C# form to control NoxPlayer via adb

Hey there,
I want a VS C# forms project, which controls the android emulator NoxPlayer via adb.
The form should contain a drop down menu where I can select between the open instances which one should get controlled.
If I click a button it should open the google playstore app, wait for 3 seconds and then close it again.
After it closed the playstore app it should open a "finished" - messsagebox.
