fixed income for c# developers / freelancer

We are looking for pool of freelancers with LONG TERM commitments who can work on their own time zone with their own monthly commitment

Benefits:
when you are free then you can utilize your time into actual work
You always have a task with you to complete without doing bidding etc
You can specify your own time in which you are available
You can specify your own hours allocated for us on each month
Have fixed monthly income based on your commitment

Procedure:
Once selected for each month
you will specify the time you are available for example 03am GMT to 05am GMT
no of hours you will give us in this month
we will assign you task accordingly
pay you the fixed hourly rate for that task
if there is an emergency or urgent work then we do expect you to available in the time slot you have defined
Minimum per month Hours Commitment : 20 Hours
Maximum per month Hours Commitment : 80 Hours
