ethernet udp communication with industrial machine

I have to develop a small program capable of communicating with an industrial machine via the UDP ethernet protocol. I have the protocol specifications and an example of communication in C ++. Specifically, it involves transferring the list of jobs to the machine (job id, phase id, number of pieces, description) and retrieving the production results (job id, number of pieces produced, any alarm).
I would prefer it developed in C #, but it is not decisive. DB is sql server
