display part of screen in a form or control

I want to show REAL part of the screen in a form or in a control.
With REAL i mean i dont need show screenshot, I want show real part of screen.
like this:
control = ShowPartScreen(Xpoint, Ypoint, Width, Height)
So I will see this part of the screen in that control, and I will can use it, for example if in that part of screen is a textbox I can edit and it will be edited too in real screen.
