c# devepoer for website deplyment

I am looking for c# .NET developer to write me windows service to deploy website.
the task will be:
- prepare deployment files - will explain later.
- backup the site
- stop application pool
- copy files from drop folder to website folder
- run update script
- start application pool
- check that the site is running and working
- if not send alert message to admin.
