C# developer for VPN client

I am looking for a C# developer to develop a VPN client module to be used in our application. Our gateway support client VPN using Pre-shared key and Mutual PSK + XAuth as authentication type. The sample client VPN that can connect to our VPN is free software from shrew.net.
