2D desktop card game with multichoice questions with attention to visuals (about half of the game is done with WPF C# ) in arabic

I need simple 2D game with great attention to visuals and animation.
Game idea: its a multiable choice question game where first you have some arabic letters and numbers appear in random order each inside a circle and all circles are organized to form a square.
when i choose a letter i will have a question that has answer with that letter and choices appear to me after pre-set time.
i have two teams red and green team where red team want to secure adjacent letters in a horizontal line and green team want to secure adjacent letters in a vertical line and the first one win.
**Each team have 2 players and each of them has a button when he press the button it simulates a keyboard press on number 1,2,3 or 4 depending on the player (you only need to deal with it as keyboard press dont worry about the buttons)
**i need a database where questions are organized by letter and for each letter, i have three difficulty levels (i will write the questions myself no problem). send me three stars to make sure you read the details.
**the game itself is simple but there are some rules for it and there is a complete TV show about it where you can see them play and learn it.
** there is no particular programming language but i have about half the game done in WPF C# where the graphics and first few windows like players information done, i need you to complete the game window itself and connect the questions with the database.
We can have a meeting and discuss the game rules and details.
i hope you can complete it in a month or so.
