desktop application

I am looking to build a desktop application that is designed to manage data. This project will be developed from scratch, so it's important to find a team with the right set of skills and experience in order to bring it to fruition. Specifically, I need a user management system, data import/export capabilities, and custom reporting features that make it easy to analyze the stored data. The desktop application should be fast, secure, and able to scale as my needs change. Experience building similar applications would be hugely beneficial.
