customise desktop application

i have a project in csharp and i want an algorithm that help me solve the problem of binpacking. i I want to load many items like boxes in an airplane cargo . So the constraints are the allowable weight and the position of center of gravity and of course the dimensions of cargo. First , i need to add the different informations of the items that i want to load. I have already input the dimensions of airplane cargo and i have also the range of center of gravity. So the optimisation should consider the total weight of items that should not exceed the allowable weight of the plane, and also the center of gravity should not be out of the range . The center of gravity is calculated with a relation that have in parameters the weight and the longitudinal position of items.
and results should be visualised in 3d.
