custom treeview

I am looking for an experienced programmer to help me create a custom treeview using C#. I have a specific design in mind for the treeview and my main purpose for using this feature is for navigation. The developer should have an understanding of developing windows-based applications, preferably with UI/UX design experience. Must have a portfolio of similar projects demonstrating their experience with custom treeview development.
