create music streaming player with .NET 7 using existing codebase

I am looking for a skilled .NET 7 developer to create a music streaming player using an existing codebase. The ideal candidate will have experience working with .NET framework and be familiar with music playback functionality.

The candidate needs to modify and expand existing codebase to create a music streaming player. The existing codebase is only backend. Front end application needs to be developed from scratch and backend needs to modified.

Tasks are as follows:
1) modify existing codebase to point to new external API and confirm variables are getting sent correctly.
2) use the existing codebase to create customer music player. this will involve creating a front end application , and modifying the backend so front end can interact with backend
3)create deployment process

Skills and Experience:

Requirements:
- The streaming player should support multiple audio formats.
