C# console app to convert PDF tables to sheets in a CSV file

Hello, I need the following file converting to a CSV format (spreadsheet). Each PDF page contains 2 tables.
I need each table to be on its own sheet within the spreadsheet.
Each page has a title and a subtitle that contains the day names on each page. The second table on the same page does not have this, but I will need it to be on the sheet once formatted to the CSV format.
The attached image demonstrates this, the tables are highlighted in red, and the titles and subtitle are shown. I would like this for each page in the PDF document but if it is too difficult then the first page is fine. Please let me know if you have any questions. Many thanks!
