build a POC based on Zillow

Looking for someone to build a quick POC based on Zillow API, using C#. Basic requirements as below:
a. Given an address, retrieve similar properties within 1 mile (same type, close footage);
b. Retrieve these similar properties information, including house details, sales transaction, property tax, price estimate, dump it to a CSV file
