barcode print software

I am in need of a developer to create a barcode print software that will allow me to print codes128 on labels for my business. The ideal candidate will have experience with label design capabilities and be able to integrate a database for easy access to product information. I would also prefer customizable templates for versatility. The software will be used on Windows operating systems.
