My C# application needs fixing

It will not start with new operating system because of Crystal reports. Crystal reports is not used in the system bit is required to work so the app will start. crystal reports has been sold to SAP and they are required to have provide a down load for it. It is an easy fix for those who are familiar with it. otherwise it takes hours. If you are not familiar with this problem please don't apply, it is not worth it for both of us. otherwise please contact me.
